Don't Panic!!
At first glance, these may seem like a lot of rules. They're pretty standard stuff that most honest webmasters will have no problem meeting. However, experience has taught me if I'm not fairly specific, a certain element will try to abuse the system. Thanks for your understanding in this matter.

Now on to the rules ...

General Rules:

No Cheating (me or others)
Sites must have some content.
No hate sites, unlicensed content, warez or other illegal stuff. (Includes ads)
You must maintain a valid/working email address to participate.
No excessive use of blind and/or misleading links.
You are expected to participate in an EXCHANGE of traffic. Accounts/sites inactive for seven days or longer are subject to deletion without notice.
No excessive use of consoles (You are responsible for any consoles opened by a console you open)
Free Hosted sites may participate but will be dropped if very slow or have excessive ads/pop-ups.

Linking Guidelines:

No false generated hits (manual or bots)
No auto redirects of any kind. (mouseover, meta, etc) A real surfer must click a real link.
To receive proper credit you should only use approved links to me.
Do not hot-link my icons/banners. (Graphics must be served from your server)
You may NOT load my site within a frame of your site.
You may open my link in a new window ONLY IF no other window/console opens and mine is a full sized window with all controls and navigation in place.
You may NOT put links to me in any email or newsletter without prior approval.

I reserve the right to refuse or remove any site from participation when I feel that their participation is not in the overall best interest to my exchange or my visitors.

I reserve the right to modify these rules as needed to maintain a quality traffic exchange.
